HedgerX roadmap 2026 to 2028: plans and what we found
HedgerX's company deck lists plans from 2024 to 2028 and dates several for 2026. Some are visible in the product. Others, including the HEX contract audit planned for August to September 2026, have no public evidence yet.
A roadmap is a statement of intent. HedgerX gives no commitment on any item, and the dates are its own. 'Our check' is limited to the documents and pages we reviewed on the date above.

2027: assets and institutions
HedgerX plans a Bitcoin Treasury: a recurring allocation of part of its PayFi and futures revenue to BTC and ETH, with holdings disclosed gradually. The same year’s list adds institutional investors and strategic partners, plus further work on Research, HedgerX Labs and AI Agent.
2028 and later
HedgerX lists continued work on global compliance, institutional business, liquidity and asset reserves. It also plans to keep exploring AI Agent, RWA, PayFi, DApps, a settlement layer and an open application ecosystem.
The HEX roadmap
The HEX whitepaper has a separate five-phase roadmap with no dates. The phases are the core exchange ecosystem, a multi-application ecosystem, a cycle-resilient ecosystem, enhanced buyback and burn, and an open on-chain ecosystem. See the HEX token page.

Has HedgerX published the HEX smart contract audit?
No audit report is available yet. The company deck lists the HEX contract audit for August to September 2026, and the whitepaper describes audits as something HedgerX will establish.
Is HEX listed on HedgerX?
Yes. A HEX/USDT spot pair appears on HedgerX's markets and fee pages, and the deck dates the listing to July 2026.
Does HedgerX offer copy trading?
The deck lists futures copy trading and AI-assisted trading for October to December 2026. Neither appears yet in the help center or the guides we reviewed.
Is the roadmap guaranteed?
No. It is a presentation of plans. Treat undated or future items as intentions.
