Privacy policy

Who is responsible

The operator of HedgerX Guide (hedgerxai.com) is responsible for your data. Contact: contact@hedgerxai.com. HedgerX and HedgerX Inc. do not operate this site and receive no data from it.

What we collect

• Your email address and the lead magnet you asked for. You give us the address in a subscription form. We record which form you used (for example, the HEX cheat sheet) so that we send the right file.
• Nothing else through the forms. We do not ask for your name, phone number or any account details, and we never ask for passwords, keys or verification codes.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your email address to send the file you requested and a short series of emails about HedgerX and our guides. The basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

Subscribers are stored and emailed through Brevo (Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, France). Brevo acts on our behalf and has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data and do not share it with HedgerX or anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails at once.

Cookies and tracking

At the time of writing this site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. If that changes we will update this page first. Links to HedgerX and to app stores leave this site: those services set their own cookies and apply their own policies. The sign-up links are referral links, so HedgerX can attribute a registration to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to contact@hedgerxai.com and we will answer.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We will change this page when our practice changes and show the date at the top.
